Cooking smells

I hate the smell of eggs being fried always have done for whatever reason .

So I am sat in a cafe attached to the dance school we have just taken our granddaughter to .

And all I can smell is fried eggs .... Yuk

Thankfully the bacon sandwich was yummy

No quite cooking, but stale beer smells emitting from an old pub carpet.. <barf>

Beer freshly pulled from a hand pump, however!

I rode home from circuit training last night. On Friday night a yucky chip van parks outside the local shop.
The smell of stale, rancid fat went up my nose about a mile from the van

The first time I ate at my soon-to-be parents in law, SWMBO's mother honoured my visit with her signature dish: chicken liver with banana and ginger. The smell was a mix of piss and mashed banana. Mega, mega puke! It's actually the ma-in-law's birthday today. We're going out for a meal.
