Corsica, Sardinia, Pyrenees or Italy?

Hi I just wondered if anybody has any experience of Skedaddle Classic Road rides? or their destinations.
I had originally booked on their trip to Corsica. I got a phone from them today saying the Corsica trip might not go ahead in October and they have suggested Sardinia, the Pyrenees or the Italian Dolomites and Alps as alternatives as they rides will definitely go ahead.

Sardinia, as it's the next island and therefore likely to be the most similar in terrain/weather. Alps/Dolomites may be starting to face the onset of winter

In October, I'd probably opt for the furthest south option of Sardinia.

Edit: just looked at their web page thinking maybe I might be tempted... but, at over £100 day, it's a bit pricey for me.

We had snow in the Pyrenees late last September, but this was unseasonal, and the day after our landlord assured us it didn't snow at our altitude until November. I've had snow in the alps in early september at relatively low altitude. So I'd follow yello's advice

I opted for Sardinia in the end as its dates suited me best.
Edit: I cant wait now as the weather has been awful here.

I was just about to say October is much the wettest month in the Pyrenees when I read you'd already rebooked.
