A heavy dose of man flu has struck me causing me to phone call work and take a day so going to catch up with what I have missed round here.

Man flu... careful now. I keep saying this but there is a really nasty cold virus going round at present which is taking people ages to get clear of. I stupidly overdid things and it's taken me literally a month to get back to full strength. So don't feel pressured to get back out there till you're ready!
