I've seen this model described as both.
Basically a large (34L total capacity) rucksack with a single large compartment, and 4 external zipped compartments, one having a water bottle sized criss cross bungee doodah (good for wet gloves) and flattish zipped pocket, and one having a mesh pocket. It has compression straps on the sides and bottom for when you're carrying less than its full capacity (if you're anything like me, this will be most of the time).
The bag also has a chest strap and partly padded waist belt.
Bought recently from Probikekit for £23, and used on two commutes - the condition is pretty much as new. I don't like it because the top is a little high when I'm riding in the drops on the bike. I suspect it's probably better used on a flat bar bike, or as a bag to lug your gear to an event.
Looking for £18 delivered, or £15 if you can collect it.
