Crank peddle lose

Hi can anyone help me?
I have a carbon crank arm and where the peddle screws on to the crank the threaded metal insert has come loose from the carbon.
I understand that this must be glued to the carbon some how?
Does anyone know how this can be fixed or does anyone know of a UK supplier that can repair it.

Watching it though it may be easier to buy a new crank, appreciate they ain't cheap though.

Reading the comments, these are tools he's made himself, maybe see if it's warranty covered depending how old they are?

SRAM crank. Most likely need a new one.

The video doesn't show him getting the tool apart again when it's filled with cured epoxy.
