Cross bikes

I have just heard of these bikes so I know nothing about them that why I am asking you to give me some feedback on them and there pros and cons , price etc , etc

I think they are manufactured somewhere in Eastern Europe

@Wester Do you means the brand Cross Bikes which is a Belgian company which I have no experience of http://www.crosscycle.com/en/pages/info.html. Or do you mean the type of bike that is called a cross or crosser?. drop handlebars, no suspension, takes knobbly tyres used by especially hard men to race in the winter on mud etc?

My guess is these are just assembled in Bulgaria, from frames bought in from China, Taiwan or elsewhere in the far East. I don't see anything particularly unusual about them although they are probably perfectly good bikes. If you are particularly keen on having a bike with 'Cross' written on the downtube, then go for it.
