crown race setting tool

i have a 1 1/4 threaded headset to install and need a crown race setter for this size. i've googled a bit, but found nothing but tools for 1 inch and 1 1/8. anybody have one for 1 1/4 or know where i might get one?

Two (or more) wooden blocks, patience, and a hammer....

A piece of pvc pipe with a suitable inner diameter. Take the crown race to B&Q so you can see which pipe fits.
