anyone use these?
Might order a pair in the morning, fed up of having a damp arse all day at work.

They look neat but, do they fix on well etc and fit a 700x25 setup well?

Well worth the investment. To check that there is enough clearance, slide a 4 mm allen key between the tops of the tyres and the under side of the brake and also between the rear tyre and the seat tube it then should be okay, though tyres wider than 25 mm may be too wide for the mudguards. Have a look at this and this

I use them and they have done well. Good coverage. I use 23 mm tyres but I an sure someone will have tried them with 25's. You need to have circa 3mm of clearance around the tyre for them to fit iirc.

It will be tough to make them fit 25mm tyres.
The Allen key test will check the clearance above the tyres (and you need to test between the rear tyre and seat tube too for the Mk2 Roadracers which extend round there) but the width of 25C tyres might be too much.

I only just have enough clearance on my Basso with 23C tyres on.

Just tested with a 5mm key. Fits under the brakes no problem and between the seatpost. Couldn't get a 6mil between the tyre and post though

When I first started to put some on my wilier I thought they were a bit rubbish. But they work, and now I am pretty impressed.
I wouldn't worry about the distance between the tyre and seat post, you can just trim a bit of the guard off. I had to cut mine about a bit to get the best fit possible as the front mech clamp made the lower part of the guard a bit too close to the tyre. I just cut a slot in the guard and it fits fine.

Agree-similar situation here.

The Mk2's are very good guards for thin tyres.

Perhaps go for SKS raceblades, noting that your bike will get full of crap around the bb/front mech/brakes.

I managed to get them to fit my sectuer elite with 25's after a bit or trimming where it passes through the caliper.

Doing a great job so far (if a touch noisy sometimes).

Likewise got them fitted on a Secteur with 25mm tyres and no issues for me. Slightly tight though the cheap original brakes but changing them for Tiagra shortly which give a bit more clearance. No issue around the tyres though.
