Cruise with disabled facilities?

Hi,

My wife at the very least walks with a stick and more often than not needs a disability scooter to get around.

I wonder if anyone knows of any cruise companies who offer decent facilities for the disabled.

Cruise needs to be somewhere warm - Ideally next spring?

I'm pretty sure that my auntie often gets a disabled cabin on her cruises. She walks with a wheeled trolley when she's out and about and I know she's taken that on cruises.

I don't think so. She snaps up bargains when she can. The recent ones have sailed from Newcastle. It won't be the most expensive companies.

Bear in mind anywhere like the Caribbean will require insurance than covers the US which could be very spendy with health issues

We have done quite a few P&O ones and they seem to cater well for folks that need wheelchairs, scooters etc ...and they sail from Southampton so no flights to negotiate. Talk to any cruise specialist travel agent and they will sort you out
