Curry Night

Cubette and I have the house to ourselves so we've been busy in the kitchen. Thanks to "The Curry Secret" by Kris Dhillon we have rustled up:




Green Chilli Papads, Onion Pakora, my recipe mint raita, lime pickle, onion chutney, mango chutney, chicken tikka massala, home made garlic naan.

It's brilliant. I do a big pot of the sauce once a week or so, and store it in four, two and one person portions, so there's always some in to knock up a quick meal. Cubester made a chicken bhuna to impress his girlfriend the other week, just shows how simple it is.
