Never thought I'd see Rushden as a location on here.
Can't help you regarding a buddy as I now live in Southern Spain, but Rushden is my home town.
My late parents lived there all there married lives, as did I until I was 25, even then only moved to Wellingborough, until 1993, then Cannock then here in 2000.
