Cycle Computer

Im looking for a basic cycle computer..nothing too fancy, one that can take Garmin GPX files and do basic navigation for touring. i.e upload GPX files.

Any recommendations?

Thanks..I might be missing a trick here..is there an android app I can install on my phone that will do the same thing?
