I wouldn't worry - she just seems a bit of a sad case to me. People do seem to be filming each other a lot nowadays. Helmet cams, dashboard cams, mobile phone cameras on public transport (see spate of recent news stories).

What does the demented woman do when something really bad happens to her. I though t it was quite funny that most of the subhuman cyclists she filmed were all behaving very well. She might have noticed also that when people did dismount to go down the street with the roadworks that they would have taken up twice the space than if they had ridden down that bit. When the first guy rode down that bit it actually left enough room for peds to get by comming the other way.

I'd like to track her down and spend a day stalking her with a camera so that I could just film he filming other people and release that on to youtube.

Honestly, "subhuman" for riding a bike. I hope she's not a high court judge or ahve any asperations in the legal world whatsoever.
