Hi
Over the next few weeks, CycleStoke are holding a series of "Be Seen Pit Stops" to support safe cycling now that the nights are drawing in. Interested cyclists can come along with their bike to any of the roadside pit stops to have FREE lights fitted to their bicycle, gain a FREE high visibility waistcoat and obtain hints and tips on route planning, hazards and advice on bike essentials and spares during the winter months.

We will be holding pit stops at a number of locations throughout the City starting on Monday 11 October. The Pit Stops will take place between 6.30am - 8.30am and 4.00pm - 6.30pm as follows:

City Centre:
Monday 11 October Bethesda Street – outside Potteries Museum & Art Gallery
Wednesday 20 October Bryan Street – by toucan crossing of Potteries Way
Tuesday 26 October Town Road/Union Street roundabout (by Tree Stories outdoor art sculpture)
Longton:
Tuesday 12 October Corner of Gold Street/The Strand
Fenton:
Wednesday 13 October Victoria Road – entrance to Fenton Park (opposite Maud Street junction)
Stoke Town:
Thursday 14 October Glebe Street Bridge (by entrance to Wharf Place car park)

Monday 1 November Stanley Matthews Way (by Harvester restaurant)

the lights are probably rubbish but a decent initiative nevertheless...
