That's correct - your payments from Jan will go up 20%. No effect if your company can't/or doesn't pass on the VAT though.

My employer has actually stopped it now, due to the final valuation mess.

You can get a better 0% finance deal from a bike shop now !

Hope that's correct. My company doesn't pass on the VAT saving, but they must claim it back because the final payment is always + VAT & I'm pretty sure once VAT has been charged on an purchase & not claimed back it can not be added again
