Cycling in Birmingham

Hi there,

I'm doing my own 'charity cycle' to the ICC in Birmingham next week. I'm travelling from Peterborough and was looking for the best routes, if not the full way, the best route to get to the ICC in the city centre without killing myself or my other cycling mates would be fab!

Thanks for the reply. I'll probably want the fastest route into the ICC but clearly don't want to be on roads that are overyly congested/difficult to negotiate/navigate. Thanks!

It's a cycling / walking map of Bham. If you / your mates are ok on main roads as a group, personally I'd stick to them. Just avoid the really busy times of day, esp 3 - 6.30pm school pick up mayhem merging into rush hour.
