Probably a little late for this year but I have come across some information about cycle tourism in Karlovac county for anyone who is heading to Croatia in the future.

I rode route 11 last week and it was very enjoyable the sun shone and the countryside was rolling hills and green woodland. Can not comment on the signage as I was following a police car and 100+ riders
However, threre are not so many roads as to confuse navigation and it appars that the there are GPS dowmload.
I would certainly recomend a day or two in the county and for those heading south it is on the way to Plitvice national park and the coast.
