Last summer my mother bought me a very nice Endura cycling jacket. I was very grateful for it, but its sleeves were too long. I used to always wear it with the sleeves turned up. Anyway, I took it to some Eurasian tailor's sewing shop upstairs from a Polish grocers. I'm pretty pleased with it. They took out about two-and-a-half inches.
