How about a picture round.

Pictures of bits of bikes, from various angles etc, close up, guess the part.

No 2 is Jimmy Saville

What UCI ranked race was won by an Irishman 8 years in succession ? Paris - Nice
Who was the last Englishman to win a stage of the TdF ? As Cavendish is Manx, I would say Boardman
Max Sciandri won one in 1995 so you could preclude prologues to make it a bit tougher.
Who was the last Belgian to win the TdF ? Lucien Van Impe. 76
Add number of Armstong TDF victories (7) and number of Cavendish stage wins in the Tdf (15) ? 22

You could do a Highway Code/ cycling and the law round.

e.g.

How fast is a cyclist allowed to go in a 30 mph limit (A. as fast as they like - doesn't apply to bikes)
Show 'em a no motor vehicles sign and a no vehicles sign and ask what the difference is for a cyclist
Which of these is illegal? not wearing a helmet, not wearing high visibility clothing, riding 2 abreast, having less than 1mm of tyre tread, going through a red light to turn left, riding on the road where there's a cycle path. (points for getting all that are illegal and none that are legal)

and many more.
