yes, but wrong size wheels.
I can't see whey they did not use conventional size wheels with bigger tyres, my guess is that 100 miles in it will be the wheels that stop the bike as they are too small for any surface other than completly hard and flat (which OK a lot of the journey may be, but you only need a few miles that is not and you are going to dump the bike)
