Cyclist injured story - South Today

Just seen a preview to a story on South Today about , I think, a cyclist who was injured about 1/4 mile from a hospital. It sounds like it was an hour before anybody helped. Might have heard it wrong, but it may be worth a watch. 6:30pm start.

Ok, more an ambo story than a cycle one. Young lad failing to make a jump on his BMX and cracking his head and the ambulance taking an age to arrive.

His helmet "probably saved his life" apparently.

Saw it. It was about a silly kid who tried to do a stunt in a car park and brained himself.

It also reflected on how p*ssheads at this time of year and numpties on the phone are dragging the ambulance service down the pan.
