dont know much about the incident, but i know the bit of road and its almost a double S bend, and cars do fly through that bit of road

Very sad to hear about. One of the guys from our club was one of the group and apparently it was a horrible accident where the rider simply lost control (not exactly sure why) and fell into the path of an oncoming car.

A very tragic accident.. RIP

From what I understand he lost control after hitting a pothole, which is horrendous. RIP mate.

i had the job of filling the pot holes in today, where this cyclist died, wasnt a very nice job to do, especially seeing the flowers laidin the hedge as a mark of repect!!.
