On a train, from Leeds To Bradford. When just outside of Bradford a bike with a dummy fastened to it was dropped into the path of the train.
Train made it into Bradford, but the number of people who had a go/wanted a go at the driver for refusing to take the train any further astounded & annoyed me. We'd to wait whilst a train coming the other way got into the station before we could go any further. Its how I found out what had happenned & its also the only time I made a note of which way was up, where the windows were in relation to the roof. That sort of thing.
Point at which it happenned you have the old bricked upped tunnel entrance, should the train have left the track.
