Cyclists are such nice people

I got a big friendly wave today from 2 roadies in a rest area on the famous (in Scotland at least) Nick o' the Balloch climb in south Ayrshire. Funny thing is, I was on my motorbike. Had I been on my MTB or hybrid they probably wouldn't have looked in my direction .

A few months ago I left for a ride without my water bottle, riding though Earlswood talking to another cyclistI met he offered me his spare bottle, I thanked him but didn't take him up on his offer, I was a bit surprised someone would offer a complete stranger their spare bottle.
