I've got a work conference out in Dallas TX in Nov and am thinking of taking the bike along. Anyone got any recommendations for good cycling in and around the Dallas Area. I know it's pretty pan flat out there so any hills would be a bonus. I should have access to a hire car so a reasonable distance out of the city should be easy to accomplish.
