David Bowie - Any good or what?

I got the Spiders from Mars album soon after it was released, when I was in high school, I loved it, still do. I got to see him here in NC on his Glass Spider tour in the mid 80's. I enjoyed that as well.

Can't stand Bowie, his music and as for his acting, he makes Micheal Caine look good.

Bowie is (mostly) awesome and the new album is the best in many a year but needs a few listens to appreciate it.

He can't act. He was utter sh!te in The Man Who Fell to Earth. Complete embarrassment. I thought Aladdin Sane and Ziggy were pretty good at the time. All time favourite song is China Girl, even if the video isn't exactly "right on"
