Decent but inexpensive carbon road bike seat post?

Contradictory demands. What do you want your post to give you? Better road comfort, or reduced weight are the usual aims.
I have the 3T Team Dorico on two of my bikes, it's mid price, but light and fabulously comfortable.
A lot of the cheaper ones are no lighter than alloy, I have my doubts about the improvement in comfort that they bring.
