I'm sceptical of their claim that it is the lightest frame on the market - I'm pretty sure the Scott Addict Ltd, among others, is lighter.
As with most
Ribble stuff it's 'great value for money'. The problem is that the way they spec the bikes and market them, they are up against stuff that is significantly more expensive. The result is that of course it is great value but you can never quite get beyond that fact -which leads to you ignoring the fact that the Wilier (or whatever you compare it to) might have a lower spec/ be more expensive but be a much better ride.
