Look on the bright side - while they are at home on their computers posting comments they are not out on the roads endangering people - although I suspect most of them get out very little anyway.

Knowing how many drivers these days text whilst driving, and knowing the web browsing capabilities of many modern smartphones, I'm not so sure that these bozos are at home on their computer. I'm sure some of these idiots think that multitasking can involve driving.

You look at all the people that are being arrested for on-line comments around last year's riots or for racial or other abusive comments and most of them don't appear to have a life. e.g. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-berkshire-14894576
