Has anyone been cut up and the driver has dissapeared but you have later seen them and had chance to say your piece ?

I havent on the bike, but once got overtaken in a town centre by a local guy in a BMW M3 as apparently I wasnt going fast enough, he caused me to hit the kerb and the car coming the other way to mount it, I saw the car stop at our local Blockbusters and him get out, i was going in anway so I followed him round the store and asked him about it and he just ignored me and walked out of the shop, and then span off in his M3 through a busy car park.

I saw him a fair few times, overtaking cars on the chevrons joining motorways, carving up the outside of a queue of traffic jams, using the hard shoulder as his own personal lane on the M56. I had mentioned this to work colleagues and they had seen him also, he became a bit of a legend with his antics.

I found out he lived about 100 yards from me, there is no end to this where he got his commuppenace but I havent seen him lately, not for a couple of years actually but I wonder what happened to him, his reg was "H4LL L", probably not good to identify yourself like that if you drive like that really is it.

Interested to see if you have ever followed up on something, or even been carved up by someone you know ?

When I used to commute in the West Midlands rush hour, I used to occasionally get carved up. I always wanted to find the same vehicle later when I was at work driving an artic, and carve them up while leaning out of the wiondow shouting "Ha!! It's not funny now I'm bigger than you, is it?" Sadly, it never happened.

I've had a work colleague cut me up whilst he was busy racing a Celica in his diesel Focus (company car)......I was in my car fortunately....not the bike...

I was actually 'friends' with him, but I went ape with him in the office - not much he could say as I 'pulled rank' on him....

Probably not worth doing anything, but if his number plate is really written as "H4LL L" then you could try the police. Plates have to be done with specific spacing and is an offence otherwise. You could even say that he cut you up but have no witnesses, but noticed this at the time...

Someone at work got done for having their plate spaced as "A 99AAA" instead of "A 99 AAA". 3 points and £60.

Good luck
