....until this morning! Wet as an otters pocket outside and, despite my Shimano MW80's allegedly being Goretex lined and me having worn trainer liners so the ankle seal was against bare skin I was still sloshing when I got to work. Thigh muscles felt like they'd seized, only saving graces are that we have plenty of rads at work for drying wet kit, I hadn't fitted my nice fresh new rear sprockets and KMC chain and I was watching the water streaming off the bottom of my front SKS Chromplastic's flexible storm flap and not off my front mech. Weird ride in though, Sunday's are usually quiet but not this quiet.
