I'm doing a LEJOG next month, and know next to nothing about what I should be eating.

General advice seems to be plenty of carbs, and bananas seem to work well for me in preventing cramp, but that's really the sum total of my knowledge on the subject!

Can anyone point me to good links for reading up on a good diet for long-distance cycling?
