Not going near the scales till febuary, can of beer /lager every day , cake etc and no commuting for nearly 2 weeks .

I managed to lose about 6 pounds over christmas because I didnt feel like eating much with a heavy cold/manflu for over a week.

Lost 43pounds in 2011 put 11 back on last year, intend to remove that in the first three months and to get back into 32 inch waist jeans (instead of 34). I still have a pair of 40 inch to remind me of my former fat git days.
