That's a nicely cooked egg in my books. Yolk not too runny, lashings of black pepper. I approve. Not many chips though. And I find that English mustard drowns out other flavours, which is a shame because I quite like it. I'm primarily a medium mustard lover. Swiss relatives bring cheese over for my brother, I get the mittel-scharf Senf.
