I bought one of their tail lights recently - shockingly bright by the way
On only my second ride with it I stupidly didn't wrap the cable, which connects the battery pack and light, out of the way. It draped down and touched the tyre whilst riding. The friction cut through the wire.
I emailed them asking them if there was anything they could do or a replacement part I could buy.They told me to sent it to them and that they would sort it.
Two weeks after sending it out, it arrived back like new. Also in the box were another batterypack and another strap for attatching the battery pouch to the frame.
Credit where it's due. A real fast service considering it had to the US and back.
Nice to see a company backing their product. Especially in this case where it was entirely my fault and there was nothing wrong with the product!
