Thanks all, the seatpost is too short so it'll have to be replaced and I'm having second thoughts about the saddle and pedals. Overall though I'm very pleased and I think it'll weigh in somewhere around 19lbs

Cheers Stan - I had decided when I got up, not to bother going out this afternoon, but this post gave me the motivation.

Didn't enjoy it much though, that seat post did keep slipping and I didn't enjoy the headwind either
