No, but she was called Jacqui Chan and she was an actress from Trinidad (but of Chinese origin). She couldn't speak Japanese, and in fact the spoken section is in really badly accented Canton Chinese - which she also couldn't speak but had to read phonetically.

A great little piece of British psychedelic-inflected pop...
