I just make a solution of Jeyes fluid in a bucket and give my pots a dip in it and leave to dry. What's left in the bucket I spray all over the green house.

Don't know if it makes a difference but it cannot do any harm, makes the greenhouse smell like a portaloo though

Definitely Jeyes Fluid, but not too strong.

I put pots which are going to be used for seeds in the oven at 110 degrees when the wife's not looking. Should kill any mollusc or insect eggs which have survived the Jeyes Fluid.

Thanks for the replies advising the Jeyes fluid, ta. Hopefully I'll be growing a bit better this year as a result.

I've never bothered - I just hose them out and leave them stacked upside down. I don't recall this ever causing a problem - have I been particularly lucky?
