Thanks for that. I was indeed on premium although no idea why. I can’t actually tell the difference between HD and UHD anyway although my TV is UHD

I think there was just Premium…they’ve snuck in Standard and hiked the premium price.
I’ll be in the same situation on 1 March

mines linked with my sky + account , havent had any messages yet saying its going up
Do you pay through your sky payment or a separate one to Disney? If you pay to Disney it may be that your renewal is a way off (mine’s in Feb)

i think its just the standard fee added onto your account but as i have tv, broadband and 4 mobiles on it i get a decent discount overall

Yes you do have to chase them,I pay less for my broadband phone and TV than my mum pays for just phone and broadband
