No. there is no other source for the story than the Mail, so we have no idea what happened other than the word of a publication that regularly lies.

Among the comments are people saying "Shame it wasn't the UK".

This is click-bait for people who hate cyclists, it's snuff porn and pretty grim.

I was referring to other sites since I was avoiding the DM and wanted to let others avoid it too. In that respect there are many options.
