I thought, that the local cycling looks good. The potential swap place is about 2 minutes slow wander to the beach. Hoping to do a viewing this week and we'll take the afternoon to wander about and explore the area.

Tatty areas on Norwich too, where we live is a bit untidy but the locals are nice.
