Does anyone own one of these?

I'm looking for a winter bike/bit of an all rounder and came across this:

Looks a lot of bike for the money. Has/does anyone own one of these and what are they like to live with?

I've not owned one, but it does look like a lovely winter bike.

Indeed it does and it ticks a lot of boxes for me. My only concerns are that it may be a little small (my Cannondale is a 58 and they tend to come up a little larger than some) and it's a bit of the heavy side.
