I may be wrong, but wasn't making tracks wet proffered here some time ago as the way to make F1 more interesting? I cerainly remember stating that the only good races were the ones where it rained. Bernie's obvioulsy seen this and gone ahead and posed the idea as his own. Max Mosely needs to have him spanked.

F1 will still be dull until they return to decent tracks, gears-sticks, cross-plys and pith-helmets.
