Well, I had a little bit of fun on my first ride.
Everything worked perfectly when the bike was on the stand, but on the first joureny, the cable stretched j-u-s-s-s-t enough so it woudn't pull back on to the bigger sprocket.
Which left me with 2, 4, and 6.
And meant that my usual cruising speed of 17-18 mph either had to be done at around 100RPM or at abut 65.
Also meant climbing the big hill had to be done in 2nd. On a 14% gradient.
Fixed that that night and all ok. Just need to fit the new chain pusher when it arrives.
