D'oh moment!

I got up early as planned and went out on the trike this morning. I was finding it much harder going than the last time and I checked the chain wasn't on the big ring etc and just put it down to not having a very good night's sleep. About a mile into a 4 mile round trip I was really struggling and couldn't understand it. I decided to give up and turn around when I had a moment. The trice has a parking brake!!! D'oh, I won't do that again hopefully.

If only i was fit enough for the Exodus ... Maybe i could wait at the Halfway Inn and just ride across Woodbury common and down the hill into Exmouth ?
