Time spent trawling the internet trying to find out what type of integrated headset goes in a CAAD9 frame before giving up due to too much vague and conflicting information: 1 hour
Time spend popping the forks out of frame, checking old bearings and putting it all back together: 10 minutes
(it's a 45/45 Campag style headset in case anyone's interested)
