Luverly! I have a reynolds 631 frame of his that i`m building up as a tourer. Good frame builder was Paul. (knew him from his Bishop shop) Nice lugless work as well. Not many good steel builders left now

Didnt he buy Condor frames? Seem to remember a lot of them hanging in the shop, and then he closed not long after. Maybe it didnt work out? Class frame builder though.
