can i get down tube campagnolo levers to fit a 9 speed cassett does anybody know cheers.

I don't think Campy did an indexed down tube lever for 9spd - but a friction lever will do the job.

Otherwise you are looking at 9spd bar-end shifters - but they are a bit pricey.
