Down tube shifters, Caliper brakes, alloy 'old style' drops wanted

I'm building up an old 80's road bike frame and am on the scrounge for the following:

Caliper brakes rear/front (alloy chrome not black)
Wide Alloy drop handle bars to fit a cinelli quill stem (old stlye)
Down tube shifters

Might have some Weinnman calipers. Any good?

Friction shifters or indexed?

Indexed would be best. I've just dealt on ebay for th ecalipers so no longer required. But many thanx anyway. Still need some bars.
