Yes I do.

I go out on my bike.

I used to get frustrated at feeling down and beat myself up about it, since I stopped doing that I do feel better quicker or at least I don't feel worse. If that makes sense.

Accept it happens, let it wash over you a bit and then do something that makes you feel better. I think we all feel down on occasion, i know I do.

I agree with Crackle on this.

I try to resist pressure from other people, to "keep busy", or "get more exercise", and try to do what suits me. I try to eat healthily rather than go for what may be quickest to prepare.

yep..(but nothing like i used to do before i took up cycling)....usually when i get tired..so i sleep if i can...if not then i just throw my toys out of the pram, blame anything except myself, then move on...it's a tried and trusted cure, try it.

I do sometimes, I think it goes itself at some point when i get on with something. Chatting to a mate helps, as when they take the p??s I cheer up. Thats probably the key, talk or do something you enjoy and take your mind off it?
